Welcome to NANAWorks!

This page is all about how you get started using NANAWorks with your coach. Let’s show you how!

What is NANAWorks?

NANAWorks is an online tool that’s been built with the neurodivergent community and support servivces through asking, listening and being creative. 

NANAWorks is designed to increase communication between job seekers and employment specialists, develop executive function skills and keep progress moving forward in between coaching appointments so that job seekers can get to employment faster and keep it successfully!

Clients engage with NANAWorks through the client portal which has been set up to operate as an app. For now, you access the portal through your internet access (Google, Safari).

COMMUNICATION

Once you opt in to receive text messages and notifications from NANAWorks, communication just got a lot easier with your coach. In addition, your coach can now include other people on their team to help with specific issues quickly and easily.

TASK MANAGEMENT

We all know that progress to employment shouldn’t just happen during meetings but it can be hard to keep momentum going. Our task manager creates the abilityfor your coach to assign tasks to you, give deadlines and clear instructions and help with reminders which will come directly to your phone.

The Journal app is your portal to progress tracking, task reminders, appointments and more.

APPOINTMENTS

Everybody does better when appointments are easy to find and reminders are easy to send. Our built in appointment feature will allow you to receive notifications from your coach and get to those important meetings on time!

Is there more? Yes! But for now, let’s focus on what you need to do to get started with NANAWorks!

The employment specialist you’re working with will add your first name, last name and email address to the NANAWorks database for their organization. This information is not shared with anyone outside the organization and is kept in a highly secure, confidential server.

You’ll then receive a Magic Link email which will connect you to the NANAWorks app. It is important that you watch for this email as the link is time sensitive and only lasts for 24hrs.

This dashboard is where you’ll receive notifications about tasks, upcoming appointments, messages from your coach, etc. It is also where you can go the main NANAWorks platform from the side menu.

MAIN MENU

This menu is where you can change your settings, check your calendar, access the progress journal and jump to the NANAWorks platform. It’s in the settings where you’ll need to accept SMS notifications to your phone.

SETTINGS

This is where you can add your photo, choose your journal skin, check your login info and most importantly opt in for SMS messaging with your employment specialist!
